Competency model is the basis for human resource management. This study expound the necessity to establish competency model, based on the analysis of CH company’s internal and external environment. From the literature analysis of Competency model, to explore building the CH company middle managers competency model, and focus on applied aspects of the configuration and training of middle managers.Middle managers competency model constructed in this study included four dimensions of 12 Competency, namely: business management class(strategic direction, business awareness, decision-making ability), task management class(goal-driven, organizational planning, communication and coordination, concerned about quality), team management class(team motivation, knowledge and employment, a valid authorization), self-management class(for responsibility, the pursuit of excellence).In this study, a preliminary competency model application and obtained the following results:1, the construction and application of CH company’s middle managers Competency Model significantly enhances the management of scientific and systematic. By the Competency model application, improve the middle managers hr management, including recruitment and selection, examination and assessment, training and development, and get a new model of management, adapt to the objective requirements of enterprise development.2, the construction and application of CH company’s middle managers Competency Model enhance the management capabilities of middle managers and management level.3, Construction and Application of CH company’s middle managers competency model promote the steady growth of business and enhance brand reputation. By applying competency model, ability level of CH company management has been greatly improved, effectively promote efficiency of business operations at the same time, and provide better protection of the talent for the company’s smart strategic transformation.Finally, this study has a certain reference significance for a large group of business to building and application of the managers Competency Model.
