Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,my country’s economy has developed rapidly,and the real estate industry has become a pillar industry of the national economy.However,the competition in the real estate industry has become increasingly fierce,the pressure on enterprises is also increasing day by day.In this context,the importance of "talent" resources as the core competitiveness of enterprises has become more and more prominent,especially the talents in key positions that are crucial to the development of enterprises have attracted extensive attention of enterprises.The concept of "competence" has found a point of convergence for job and talent matching,and can more objectively seek the best candidates for the position from a quantitative perspective.Therefore,research based on the competency model has become a research hotspot.This paper takes X company as a specific research object,and conducts in-depth research on the problems existing in the process of talent training for key positions in X company through literature research,questionnaires and interviews,quantitative analysis,etc.Based on the competency model of key positions in X company,the application of the competency model in the training of talents in key positions of X company is proposed.First of all,this paper defines the basic concepts of competency and key positions,and discusses competency model and construction theory at the same time.Secondly,based on the Sne11 model,the key position identification index system of X company was constructed,and the key positions of X company,namely,design director,engineering director and marketing director,were determined by using AHP.Through research and analysis,it is found that there are some problems in the process of talent training for key positions in X company.First,the concept of human resources management is relatively backward.Second,there is a lack of a scientific talent training mechanism.Fourth,talent training does not match the demand for talents in key positions,and fifth,talent training is not compatible with corporate culture.Based on this,a competency-based talent training system for key positions is proposed,including talent recruitment system design,talent training system design,assessment and evaluation system design,and career planning system design.In order to ensure the effective implementation of the talent training system for key positions in X company,this paper proposes organizational safeguards,funding safeguards,institutional safeguards and incentive safeguards.At the same time,the implementation effect of the talent training system for key positions in X company was analyzed.
