The Application Of ERP System In The Enterprise Material Management And Improvement

Therefore,it is necessary for our companies to require and apply the ERP system.This article provides an overview of the ERP’s the basic theory and development firstly, then analyzes the impact of ERP applications for materials management. At the end, it aims at developing a software program with the purchase, sales and inventory functions on the basis of the papermaking characteristics.The ERP system of material management in the paper-making industry reforms the traditional papermaking materials management, by means of the advanced computer network technology and integrating into the modern enterprise management concepts. the traditional papermaking materials management is not only complicated but manual. They have to invest substantive manpower, material resources and funds for the material management. In this paper, we study and design the the ERP system of material management in the paper-making industry. This system which is greatly simplified the business possesses the object- oriented ideas in the software design. At the same time, the papermaking enterprises can use the idea of the ERP system, reform the material management, and liberate the manpower and physical resource. The ERP system is expanded following the improvement of the staff working efficiency.
