In recent years, the role of the insurance industry as a pillar of the national economy gradually reflected. Company A is a typical representative of the insurance industry, whose business scale is being continuous expanding. Its management failed to keep up with the rhythm of business development, and its human resource management concepts and levels are still lagging behind especially. High turnover rate, low efficiency and other issues are exist recently. Many human resource management is being exposed, which restricts the development of the insurance companies. Job satisfaction, which is a very important study variable of organizational behavior and the focus of organizational behavior research, has important reference value in human resources management, but also has an important influence on work behavior and attitude of staff. Through the study of employee job satisfaction, Company A can be found in the lack of human resource management, constantly establish and improve its human resources include working conditions, organizational culture, remuneration, human resources development, education and training, etc. to match business development, and achieve better employee motivation. Therefore, this paper has a good theoretical and practical significance for the study.This paper put company employee job satisfaction research at the core, in the use of literature study, questionnaire, statistical analysis and mathematical research. Based on summing up the domestic and foreign scholars on the job satisfaction study, this paper research Company A employees’ job satisfaction measurement factor; on the basis of previous research on learning, this paper revises the questionnaire, measure Company A employees’job satisfaction in accordance with the revised questionnaire, explores the differences in different demographic variables’impact on job satisfaction and its various factors, analyze the cause; concludes optimization ways in a company’s human resources management.This paper is divided into three parts:The first part is the summarize of the previous research on job satisfaction and the research idea. The second part is a brief overview of the company, and the revision of employee job satisfaction questionnaire. We use reliability and validity analysis and descriptive statistical analysis to examine the status quo of Company A employee job satisfaction, compare different demographic variables job satisfaction differences, and analyze the causes in this part. The third part is the proposed recommendations of optimization ways in Company A’s human resources management.The main conclusions of this paper are:First, Company A employees’ job satisfaction measurement factors include six areas, namely:the work itself, growth and achievement, pay and benefits, work support, organizational culture, relationships. Second, there are differences of different demographic variables in employees’ job satisfaction. Third, the proposed optimization measures of human resource management for Company A from four aspects are:to build a fair pay system, create a good environment for staff development, improve the training system to adapt to the growth of talent, the establishment of people make the best use of the talent flow mechanism.
