| Due to the road of technological innovation develops lately and slowly in our country, and the innovation mechanism of our country is not perfect, made the success rate of independent technology innovation in our country have a larger gap with the developed countries. One of the main factors of restricting the success rate is that in the process of technology innovation risk management,the control ability is weak.So as to raise the level of independent technology innovation in our country, we must have a systemic understanding about risk identification, assessment, treatment in the process of technology innovation, namely, raise the level of risk management.Paper uses comparative analysis and empirical analysis, trade the independent technology innovation project risk management as the key point of the research object. This paper systematically introduces the characteristics of the technological innovation project by analyzing and combing the domestic and foreign related research achievements of independent technology innovation project risk management. This paper discusses the key risk of independent technology innovation project, puts forward the risk evaluation index system, and puts forward artificial neural network method with sensitivity analysis method as risk evaluation model, using the BP neural network to establish risk early warning model. This paper aimed to form a set of targeted, effective project risk management theory of the independent innovation project.This paper based on independent technology innovation projects-fiber waste residue to produce ethanol technology of Shandong Long Li biological technology co., LTD as the research object of empirical analysis.This paper comprehensive identify and analyze the risk of this project and put forward the risk countermeasures, improve the level of Long Li group’s independent innovation project risk management, and improve the success rate of innovation, avoid the waste of resources. |
