Beauty-care hairdressing P company is a production of small home appliance is given priority to Japanese manufacturing companies. In the yuan’s appreciation and under the background of rapidly rising labor costs, the business has become more difficult. Based on the urgent needs of the company’s continuing operations, in the second half of 2014, management decided to gradual promote the "PULL" production innovation project according to the department. In this paper, based on the P company SMT sector "PULL" production innovation project(A project) actual forward process, figured out a appropriate simulation model to identify, evaluate and control the risks with theoretical knowledge of project risk management. Using the simulation system related theory and method of risk mitigation strategies are simulated, to ensure that A project in the subsequent smoothly in the process of implementation.The project risk management research, using the improved brainstorming method and flow chart method of risk identification, to sort out the process of PULL production innovation project risk management, promote and conduct of other enterprises similar production of innovative projects to provide a reference system. At the same time, made good business practice effect in this topic advancing the process: through partial import, post-procedure to reach a rate of demand satisfied that rose 99.3% to 99.7%; the inventory amounts by 1.93 million yuan/month dropped to 1.29 million yuan/month; the Per capita productivity by 43 pcs/ person increased to 48 pcs/ person, reduction in staff of 17 people, the rationalization of 1.46 million yuan/year.This study has the following four areas:First, by reading the literature and research about risk management for the project, "PULL" production methods and EM-PLANT systematic simulation, digestion and absorption in the literature about P company project related research results. Combined mode of "PULL" production to promote the process of risk management needs, seeking solutions in theory, laid the basic theoretical framework of the thesis, facilitated follow-up article to spread.Second, full field investigation, this paper puts forward the necessity and feasibility of PULL production mode to promote P company SMT sector analyzes the production process, selection of project risk management theory and through the improvement, to promote the project risk in the process of brainstorming method, which can identify out the main risk in this project, to evaluate the identified risks by using the Delphi method in the risk management tools.Thirdly, according to the results of the risk factors for high-mitigation strategies are taken to prevent. For those risk mitigation strategies of A project risk factors which are difficult to determined,using the system simulation method to construct the production system model of P company SMT sector manufacturing workshop to assess policies. According to the result of simulation, provides the decision-making basis for the strategy selection.Finally, Implementing risk prevent mitigation strategies and inspection in the process of A project to promote the effectiveness of project risk management,summarize and reflect shortage and advantage of A project risk management, for the following topic and risk control.
