The stage of Contemporary capitalism development transforms from Fordism to Post-Fordism, This transformation performances for change of production organization foremost, and the change of social economic policy system secondly, In the process of this change, As its theory viewpoint and policy proposals to the trends of the development of capitalism, Neo-Lliberalism becomes mainstream western economics. In the 1970s Fordism could not adapt to the diversification of market demand and to be eliminated, Post-Fordism is used to deal with the change of the market. In order to achieve continuous innovation and flexible production, many enterprises adopt the strategy of specialization and networked. The capitalist countries change the original way of monopoly regulation guided by Neo-Lliberalism to adapt the establishment of a new system of accumulation. The new mode of regulating performances for:reducing production costs by reducing workers’wages, strengthening the vicious competition between businesses through the free market, removing government regulation to expand the size of the capital, conduciving to the international economic pattern of capital output. The contradiction between Neo-Lliberalism adjustment way and Post-Fordism leads to the outbreak of the international financial crisis, and Neo-Lliberalism faces great challenge.
