Liberalism is the mainstream of capitalist ideology, accompanying the entire historical process of capitalist development. For the research of liberal evolution history and direction, which has always been an indispensable important content capitalism research and it plays a vital role in studying of the development process and law of capitalism. After a crisis in the 1970 s stagflation, newliberalism give rise to renaissance, and which influenced development process of the later capitalism more than 30 years. After the outbreak of global financial crisis in 2008,the issue of the new liberalism where to go has caught the attention of the academiaagain, and which became the hot topic of research in this field. The global financial crisis in 2008 triggered by the US subprime mortgage crisisis one of the most serious crises in all of crisis that occurredafter the 1930 s capitalism experienced. The crisis originating from the financial domain, gradually evolved into the real economy crisis, not only cause serious consequences to the American economic and social development, but also brought the huge disaster for the other developed capitalist countries and developing countries the entire world.About the causes of the crisis, opinions have different views from all walks of life.Howeverthe academic and even politic have a common point of view forthe historical roots of the crisis, which holds that the reform of new liberalism in the late 1970 s and early 80 s in developed countriesburied in outbreak of this crisis.Policies and measures adopted in developed capitalist countries after this crisis justifythe above view. After the outbreak of the global financial crisis, the United States has taken a series of measures against the crisis,Which include positing rescue, strengthening financial supervision and regulation, implementing new monetary policy, reducing tax cuts andreforming social medical security system, seeking new economic growth point.Other capitalist countries have also adopted numerouspolicymeasures such as rescuing the stock market, reducing the interest rate, the nationalization of financial institutions, strengthening government regulation to cope with the crisis. In again sting the crisis practice, capitalism economy also presents the following tendency;trade protectionism looked up,the trend of industrialization, new energy development boom, etc.See frompolicies and measures again sting the crisis adopted by thegovernments, although Which is not the same as the "great depression since" Keynesian policy measures again sting the crisis, but the implementation of the policy measuresseem to distract from the subject ofnew liberalism "privatization, liberalization and marketization" advocated by the new liberalism,a "reversing new liberalism" trendies showed.Combined with capitalist countries present the trend of "inversing new liberalism" during the process of again sting crisis, the trend of economydevelopment and combing the evolution process of liberalism in history,We can obtain the following conclusion at least:the new liberalism suffered a major setback, its dominant position has been shaken,so far as to say that, the new liberalism lost the dominant position in the field of ideologyat least in the past ten years since the crisis;Keynesian has phenomenon of regression in some areas and some signs, but this possibilityis slim;Becausethe reality proved that neither newliberalism nor Keynesian can make economic policy to achieve the optimal statethe financial crisis during the period of post financial crisis, and unable to provide a "panacea" for the development of capitalism.Developed capitalist countries, may will find a balance between Keynesian and new liberalism in order to seek a way out;According to historical experience,in the face of a significant setbackled by the global financial crisis, new liberalism is bound to usher a new round of fickleness in the future.
