In recent years, many experts carry on researches on the ocean fishermen groups from different angles. This article attempts from the perspective of social capital in the system of examination and analysis of this group.In this study, questionnaire data using Stata software analysis, structural characteristics of the marine fishermen are social networks (including the size, density, heterogeneity and convergence of networks), social network capital relations (including relations network configuration, network hierarchy, discuss important issues of content, a network of high resistance), social network capital return analysis. The study found:(1) social capital network scale mainly in kinship-based, non-relative proportion of relatively low; the ratio of mean understanding between members of social network density of 0.46, a larger network density; members of the network of marine fishermen gender, age, education level, political affiliation, occupation type, unit of ownership not only considerable heterogeneity, there is great convergence. (2) marine fishermen "discussion networks" and "practical assistance network" composed of three levels of relationship, kinship has an absolute advantage, even in the third level, kinship share of decline, but still well above the non-kinship; fishermen prefer members of the same association within the group, namely internal communication; content important issue is mainly instrumental and emotional issues issues mixed question; marine fishermen know members of the network in the gap between the average network 50.49, while awareness of the marine fishermen average 5.82 people in different occupations. (3) Social Network Capital and ocean fishermen’s monthly income and life satisfaction showed significant positive correlation, ie social networks of marine fishermen capital increase monthly income and life satisfaction. Marine Fishermen social structure, showing the relationship to blood and geo-based "structure", in the role of resources, benefits and other factors, showing a certain degree of tool rational. On the other hand, with resources as the core layer structure, the role of the traditional "human" and "ethics" factor, showing a certain degree of genetic generalization.
