The use of literature analysis method and questionnaire, the social security situation of Cangnan County, Wenzhou city of the lost sea fishermen as a case, to analyze the present situation, problems and causes loss of sea fishermen out of the sea, and then puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve social security lost sea fishermen, results of the Wenzhou regional government to formulate macro loss of sea fishermen policy provides a theory basis, which has a certain reference value. The main results are as follows:1, Cangnan county industrial construction, overfishing and pollution of the marine environment is the main reason causing fishermen who lost the sea, after the sea fishermen loss is equal to unemployment, income will decrease, which affects the fishermen’s daily life.
