The Present Situation And Optimization Countermeasures Of Air Traffic Flow Management On Chengdu Area

As our national economy developing in recent years, the civil aviation transportation industry has always maintained more than 10.8% of the average annual growth on development,and the market of civil aviation transportation also extend rapidly. However under this background, a series of negative factors, such as unreasonable planning and constructing of civil airport,inconsequence expansion of civil aviation transportation company, the limitation of macroscopic policies, result in the contradictions and problems of air traffic flow management in our country is being highlighted more and more. "Flight delays, air traffic jams", and so on are often reported on the press from time to time. The air traffic flow management is becoming an important limit factor on civil aviation and regional economy. Therefore, organizing and conducting the air traffic orderly and efficiently, can conduce to the civil aviation transportation developing rapidly and steadily. Addition to this, it is also able to break the geographical space restrictions on regional economy, promoting the economic cooperation within the crosses regions, participating in the international economic circulations, absorbing and centralizing the variety of energy and elements of productivity throughout the world, and finally make contributions to the development of the national economy.In this paper, based on the background of participating in the air traffic flow management of CAAC Chengdu Area, the writer studied the present situation and the countermeasures. Regional economic development has proved that the civil aviation transportation industry can get a better development space for the local area and give an impetus to the development of the whole area on regional economic construction. Based on the current knowledge of air traffic flow management and related theory, this paper summarized the current conditions,advantages and disadvantages which existed in the process of carrying out air traffic management on Chengdu region. To solve these problems and adverse factors, this paper analyzed them one by one. And in reference to the experiences and practices of domestic and international civil aviation air traffic control system on ATFM, this paper put forward to the corresponding policies and recommendations. From this, the writer wish these optimization countermeasures can provide a good help to the healthy and orderly development of civil aviation on Chengdu region and even the regional economy.
