Research On Fair Employment Problem In The Process Of Urbanization Using Structural Equation Model

A new dimension called "fair employment", a term that complements the International Labour Organization’s concept of "decent work", has also been included. Fair employment implies a just relation between employers and employees that requires that certain features be present:(1) freedom from coercion;(2) job security in terms of contracts and safe employment conditions; (3) fair income;(4) job protection and the availability of social benefits including provisions that allow harmony between working life and family life, and retirement income;(5) respect and dignity at work;(6) workplace participation, a dimension that allows workers to have their own representatives and negotiate their employment and working conditions collectively within a regulated framework; and (7) enrichment and lack of alienation, where work is not only a means of sustenance; rather, jobs should be as much as possible an integral part of human existence that does not stifle the productive and creative capacities of human beings. In the background of Rural Urbanization, Migrant workers in China facing many problems of employment equity.The realization of equal employment, need to solve the problem:What are the factors that affect the fair employment,how to measure?Social factors affect the fair employment level,how to measure the effect of path?Social factors affect the fair employment level,the degree of how to quantify?In order to study the above problems,this paper introduces the theory of fair employment,in the basis of the theory of fair employment,through using the method of structural equation model,constructing of SEM model,flat employment level evaluation index measurement model and the measurement model of social factors.On the basis of the above, discussion the social factors(institutional obstacles, social support, social exclusion)the path of influence the level of employment.Through the analysis of 169 samples from different industries,get the relevant data,using SPSS 15.0 statistical analysis tool to analyze the reliability and validity of the questionnaire data to ensure the reliability.On the basis of the above,using the AMOS6.0 software to construct structural equation model is verified,respectively select GFI (goodness-of-fitindex),AGFI (adjustedgoodness-of-fitindex) text the model fitting degree.To illustrate the relationship between internal and external potential variables latent variables, obtained some useful conclusions.(1)There existed positive correlation between social support and the dignity of labor and employment equality,and effect of social support on the degree of dignity than labor job security and social security,there are more significant correlations between social support and the dignity of labour.(2)Social exclusion of social security, the dignity of labour, fair income three dimensions influence,and social exclusion effect on three dimensions are negative,from small to large are income equality, the dignity of labor and social security.(3)Institutional obstacles influence on fair employment level is not significant,this shows that institutional obstacles is not the main reason impact the fair employment.(4)Medical insurance and industrial injury insurance is an important index of fair employment level,endowment insurance is the observation index of social security,however, there are no correlation between the endowment insurance and the fair employment.Compared with the industrial injury insurance,medical insurance has more influence on the social security.Injury compensation is not timely exacerbated poverty occurrence.(5)The government held the job training can improve the level of social support,however, in our country there are still insufficient publicity phenomenon.(6)With the increase of social exclusion,rural people more vulnerable to be discriminaed.But what need points out is that account factors the influence degree of the transfer of rural labor force is gradually weakened.(7)In the aspect of Labour Union,this suggests that in the present stage China on the union demand is very small.The trade union perhaps can not provide enough support to migrant workers.
