With the development of the world economy and the improvement of people’s living standards, Chinese enterprises are facing more and more challenges and opportunities. Enterprise’s living environment has become more severe, relying on the price advantage of the product has not completely excited consumers shopping desire.Only by changing the traditional management mode and profit mode, enterprises can stand out in the fierce market competition, and promote the sustainable development of enterprises. In last few years, experts and scholars have devoted a lot of energy to the research of the field of profit model. In particular, the focus of the retail industry has been analyzed and studied. What kind of profit model is suitable for the development of enterprises? This problem is worth thinking deeply. The author mainly through the following aspects: first, analyse and summarise the traditional profit model and the chain-retail industry market situation. Second, the full range of the chain-retail industry profit model is analysed. It showed a variety of retail profit model, multiple formats and common business, self-produced self marketing, network marketing marketing has become the key weapons in the retail industry profit pattern.Third, based on the research of the retail industry has been profitable, combined with the characteristics of China’s economic transition and the intense competition of the retail industry, to build a new profit model in order to provide reference and reference for the entire retail industry to improve profitability. Finally take the JJY group as an example, to analyze the business strategy and profit model of JJY group in order to improve the profit of the company.The first part is the introduction, mainly from the research background, the significance of the research and the use of the three aspects of the detailed discussion.The second part is from the theoretical to summarise the profit model of China’s retail industry. The third part is based on the situation of our country, analyzes the present situation and development trend of China’s retail industry profit model, and based on the construction of a new type of retail profit model. The fourth part is based on the JJY group’s business strategy as a case analysis, and explore the development ofChina’s retail industry profit model. The fifth part is the last part of this paper, put forward a new method for the retail sales of the new profit model, and put forward the relevant policy recommendations.
