Study On The Financial Leasing Pricing Based On The Combination Of Elements

As China’s market economy continues improving, financial leasing has now stepped into a healthy development stage. However, financial leasing is still not mature enough in China, especially in the pricing mechanism and standard. At present, the domestic research, with little to financial leasing pricing, Based on the current situation as well as relevant research results at home and abroad, the study focuses on the pricing mechanism of financial leasing products.This dissertation mainly uses qualitative and quantitative analysis, the main content is summarized as follows:In the first chapter, this dissertation summaries the background and significance of the study,concludes the main content and research method.In the second chapter, this dissertation analyses some classic pricing models, such as Discounted Cash Flow Method, Term Structure of Interest Rates as well as Option Pricing Model, and explains some methods, such as Rubinstein bargaining game, Kano model. In the third chapter, this dissertation establishes the element system and calculates price range, optimizes the pricing model and equilibrium solution by using Rubinstein bargaining game. In the fourth chapter, this dissertation researches the attributes classification of variable elements based on Kano model, and optimizes the order of pricing. In the fifth chapter, this dissertation gives some advice about how to improve the financial leasing pricing.This dissertation is mainly in the following two innovation points:on the one hand, establishing pricing range and Nash equilibrium by using the pricing model and Rubinstein bargaining game; on the other hand, researching the attributes classification by using Kano model.The study has some practical value, it guides lessor to build pricing element system and model, as well as to optimize the pricing program.
