Research On Investment Environment Of Foreign Enterprises In Dalian

In recent years, the restructuring of traditional industries of Dalian have been accerlerated. Strategic emerging industries are well-underpinned and diverisified. Along with the fact that the policy of Development and Openning up of Liaoning Coastal Economic Belt upgraded into a national strategy, as well as implementation of the national policies of the new round of Rejuvenization of Dongbei Old Industrial Bases and "One Belt, One Road", the strategic position of Dalian is well-pronounced and strengthened. Last year, Jin-pu New Area was approved by the State Council as a national-level industrial area, demonstrating the new advantages of Dalian in attractin foreign direct investment. How to properly use this sound strategic opportunity and further improve Dalian’s foreign investment environement is an important topic deserves our deliberation. This article introduces the general situation of Dalian’s foreign investment environment, analyzes Dalian’s advantages and disadvantages in improving foreign direct investment environment, reseaches the key industries that may further attract foreign direct investment in the future. At last, the relevant suggestions on improving Dalian’s foreign direct investment environment are given.
