The Discussion Of Tobacco Grower Cooperatives Operating Model

This thesis is the research results of National Tobacco Cultivation Physiology and Biochemistry Research Center and the Comprehensive and Professional Service Cooperatives of Sheqi Gold Leaf. In the process, the center developed many technological achievements and try to make a breakthrough in terms of cooperative innovation of management system, so the author of this paper stayed for a long time in the cooperatives to research and develop the scientific and reasonable operation mode, and having achieved initial success, forming the basic content of this paper. This article mainly has carried on the three aspects of research:(1)From the perspective of management specialization and division of labor theory, this paper analysed tobacco growers cooperatives’ the development and results of the study at home and abroad in order to provide the theory reference and guidance to China’s tobacco growers cooperatives operating mode.(2)Using the cost theory of transaction and combining with the practice of the Comprehensive and Professional Service Cooperatives of Sheqi Gold Leaf, the analysis showed the restriction factor in the development of Tobacco Growers Cooperatives and studies had shown that the green tobacco acquisition mode didn’t work at the same time.(3)The Comprehensive and Professional Service Cooperatives of Sheqi Gold Leaf through the circulation of land contracting property right system innovation practice, combining with its own not living endogenous mechanism, lacking of "hematopoiesis" function. Changing "tobacco companies unilateral blood transfusion" to "tobacco companies + blood transfusion technology hematopoietic" model by extending "tobacco companies and scientific research units + cooperative + tobacco farmers’ comprehensive vertical operation mode. Particularly relying on National Tobacco Cultivation Physiology and Biochemistry Research Center of scientific research innovation and scientific research units to make scientific research on cooperative hatch, activate the cooperative mechanism, expand the cooperative profit space and ensure tobacco farmer professional cooperative innovation and development.
