Study On Land Transfer Of Hunan Tobacco Farming Cooperatives

In order to adapt to the development of modern tobacco industry,Hunan province promotes vigorously tobacco farmers' professional cooperatives.At present,Hunan tobacco farmers' professional cooperatives develop prosperouslly.The land circulation problems not only affect the tobacco farmer economic benefits,also affect the development of tobacco farmers' professional cooperatives,more have important significance in large-scale operation of Hunan tobacco industryThe paper analyzes the development and current situation of the tobacco farmers cooperatives from the three aspects of development stage division of tobacco farmers,cooperatives,tobacco farmers' cooperatives' main problems and tobacco farmers cooperatives operation characteristics,analyzing the carding cooperatives and land circulation on the basis of the literature at home and abroad,combining the empirical analysis method.With the related government department data,it probes into the present situation of land circulation of tobacco farmers' cooperatives,pointing out he external environment of the Hunan tobacco farmers' cooperatives land circulation,guarantee and transfer platform and other advantages.For the land circulation problems of Hunan tobacco farmer cooperatives,the paper points out that tobacco farmers land circulation of recognition,shortage of club within the land circulation and talent shortage,the imperfect current land circulation mechanism and the informal land transfer contract are the major problems,basing on the characteristics of smoke tobacco farmers' cooperatives and the basic features of land circulation of tobacco farmers' cooperatives.The thesis also make an empirical analysis of the factors affecting land circulationof Hunan tobacco farmers' cooperatives,taking 103 tobacco farmers in Hunan and 53 tobacco farmers' professional cooperatives of research model as the basis,using logistic regression analysis of SPSS 19 software.The following important conclusions are drawn that age and level of education,transfers of land income proportion and tobacco farmers,satisfaction of infrastructure have significance with tobacco farmers' large-scale land circulation.Land circulation transfers,technical difficulties,financial difficulties and labour difficulties are not evident with tobacco farmers'large-scale landIn order to further promote Hunan tobacco farmers' professional cooperatives of land circulation,the government should strengthen the publicity of land circulation and transformation of tobacco farmers ideological understanding;keep the famers from the worries about land circulation security policy,from tobacco farmers;change the way of land circulation subsidies,enhance tobacco farmers income level.About land circulation market construction,the government should establish regional vega circulation market system,reasonable price,vega land circulation to properly increase tobacco farmer training employment work.And tobacco farmers',professional cooperatives can expand their business scope,improve land management ability,to strengthen the construction of club system and dissolve the risk of land circulation.Building a smoke technology team and improving the efficiency of land use.
