Research On The Relationship Among The Education, Employment And Economic Growth In The Marginal Economic Belt Of Xinjiang

Xinjiang has an important status to Chinese economic development which have a multi-ethnic and have a profound impact on the economic development of the country. The level of development of Xinjiang’s border states in the overall development of Xinjiang has a crucial impact, which not only direct impact the whole of Xinjiang progress of the development, but also affect the long-term stability in Xinjiang. So this article on economic growth in Xinjiang border economic zone were studied. Education is a fundamental development that have continuous action. The employment is the base unit of economic development which has close relationship with education. This article from the relationship among education, employment and economic growth, trying to benign rapid development of Xinjiang border economic zone of economic growth has suggestions.This paper uses the situation analysis and empirical analysis to study the relationship between education, employment and economic growth, the degree of influence on the economic growth of nine prefectures in Xinjiang border. The status use situation analysis and empirical analysis to research Xinjiang border nine states as a whole and the individual. Situation analysis compare the current situation of Xinjiang border nine states with the Xinjiang’s and the country’s, while comparing the border south and north’ situation. Base on situation analysis,this paper use empirical analysis research the relationship among education, employment and economic growth, as well as the degree of influnce to economic growth. After status and empirical results, we propose the questions of education, employment and economic growth which Xinjiang’s border states has. And then proposed policy to promote economic growth on Xinjiang border economic zone.
