Study On Logistics Distribution Mode Of Fresh Products In Agricultural Cooperatives And Community Butt

The agricultural cooperatives and community butt is a direct selling mode of fresh agricultural products, which can promote rapid development of the agricultural economy and bring convenience to the residents. This mode has also been extended in many regions in our country. However, the development of agricultural cooperatives and community butt is at the initial stage in our country. The related theory and practice is not mature, the logistics distribution systems of agricultural cooperatives and community butt are still imperfect, which leads to a single distribution mode. Main management body selects logistics distribution mode without analysis and positioning of their logistics capabilities. Based on these problems, this paper mainly discusses logistics distribution mode of fresh agricultural products in agricultural cooperatives and community butt, which can provide basis for logistics distribution mode selection of fresh agricultural products, promote the rapid development of agricultural cooperatives and community butt.Based on the related theory of fresh agricultural products logistics and agricultural cooperatives and community butt, this paper introduces the current situation and characteristics of fresh agricultural products distribution, analyzes the problem of logistics distribution and several basic logistics distribution modes in agricultural cooperatives and community butt. Finally, the mixed logistics distribution mode is proposed, which is improved by basic logistics distribution. Comprehensive comparison of four modes is made from the perspective of cost and risk, management and control and so on. Advantages and disadvantages of every mode in different factors are pointed out.Then this article determines the process and analyzes influencing factors of logistics distribution mode selection in agricultural cooperatives and community butt. The influencing factors mainly include the cost and service of logistics distribution, agricultural products characteristics and situation of main management body. Evaluation index system of logistics distribution mode is established. Based on AHP,this article establishes the models of logistics distribution mode selection in agricultural cooperatives and community butt, which are using the fuzzy synthetic evaluation and grey relation analysis. Finally, the theoretical analysis and selection models are used in an example. We draw a conclusion that it can improves terminal distribution efficiency, reducing logistics cost, be benefit for developing by using mixed logistics distribution mode.
