Study On Talent Training Pattern Of New Energy Vehicle

As the decrease of global energy and deterioration of ecological environment, energy conservation and emission reduction pressure as well as high oil prices, new energy vehicles become the upgrading transformation direction of the global auto industry.Therefore, in order to adapt to the upgrade and development needs of automobile industry, new energy vehicle talents will become the power source for the development of industry. New energy industry belongs to the emerging industry which gathering cross multi-disciplinary field. The development needs a composite technology talent who knows both vehicles, batteries, electric control, software and other technology. New energy industry research in domestic mainly focus on new energy technology itself, seldom research was conducted on talent cultivation system for the research and development of new energy vehicle technology, such as personnel training mode, less professional setting, discipline construction, etc. Therefore, to solve the obstacles encountered in the development of new energy vehicles, solve the shackles of talent development is an urgent strategic task of the universities and colleges in our country.In this paper, based on the project "establishing and perfecting the new energy automobile talent cultivation mechanism", new energy enterprise training mode was studied as the research object, through the route of literature collection, industry and enterprise status analysis, questionnaire investigation and analysis, practice verification, demand for new energy vehicles professional talents, cultivation characteristics, present cultivation situation, cultivation mechanism construction, and the application of cultivation mechanism were studied. Through the study found that the enterprise of new energy automobile talents cultivation process lie in the imperfection of the mechanism of talent introduction and training, have been put forward for the problems, widen the channel of the talent introduction, several improved measures such as improving the talent training mechanism, and relying on the project will promote the proposed measures in the enterprise, has carried on the preliminary implementation and achieved good results. The study found that there are some problems such as talent introduction cultivation mechanism in cultivation process of new energy vehicle talents. Several Promoting measures have been put forward such as widen talent introduction channel, improving talent training mechanism, and the proposed measures were put into action relying on the project in the enterprise and achieved good results. At the same time, this article from the perspective of enterprise talent demand, measures such as establishing cooperation development mechanism and production-study-research collaboration platform and some suggestions for optimization of curriculum system setting were puts forward for the talent cultivation in colleges and universities in the new energy vehicles, so as to provide some reference of cultivating new energy vehicle professional talents for colleges and universities.
