Research On Enterprise E’s Collaborative Information Management Based On Cloud

The modern enterprise competition is intense, in the volatile market environment, cross strategic collaboration among enterprises is becoming more and more important. Collaborative management as an advanced management mode and method, it has gradually become an important way for enterprises to obtain the advantages and research direction. This among them, information cooperation is not only an important part of enterprise collaboration, enterprise logistics, capital flow is the premise and basis of synergy. So, how to do well the inter enterprise information coordination between enterprises, the formation of efficient cooperation alliance, has an important significance to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and management level.Therefore, this paper describes the collaborative management, virtual organization, supply chain and other related basic theory at very first, and then we let ‘Enterprise E’ be the research object, analyzes its predicament when the ‘Enterprise E’ try to do the collaborative information management, and points out the limitations of information transfer, data sharing, analysis that the ‘Enterprise E’ and its partners have based on current organization mode of management, then put forward the necessity of enterprises information collaborative management mode exploration of Enterprise ‘E’. Then, the article puts forward a preliminary solutions based on the existing organization mode of Enterprise ‘E’ for its improvement, introducing virtual organizations as the organization mode of Enterprise ‘E’ ’s new cooperation alliance. Then we analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each virtual organization model for the Enterprise ‘E’ present situation, and try to point out a suitable mode of virtual organization mode and its advantage for Enterprise ‘E’. Finally, we discussed the mechanism of the information cooperative management mode of Enterprise ‘E’ in order to make it better.At the same time, the information collaborative management of enterprises brings big data information, including information sharing between companies, storage security, big data analysing problem. To solve these problems, the article puts "cloud" and information enterprise collaborative management together, and try to build a security, credible "cloud collaboration space" based on cloud inner cooperative alliance, and mining its additional value.At the end of the article, we put forward an evaluation method for information collaborative management effect, and analysis the effect of the “Enterprise E” ’s collaborative information management mode based on the cloud in theory.
