SAMSARA establishment is a recent industrial company in Madagascar farm and food products. Since his formation, SAMSARA’s turnover does not stop to increase. So, nowadays he has an opportunity to develop his activity, mainly “Sauce food” producing and commercialization. In fact, a launch new product projects was entrusting us as our investigation. In our analysis, observation and research methodology such as SWOT and the Management Quality System were both adopted to obtain more essential data in order to focalize research about feasibility of the project in marketing, technical and financial field as well as the sales strategy which the society use.Analyses results showed that SAMSARA has all advantages to launch this product thanks to material purchase, a large market share and a funding well estimated. However, we must accentuate the research about project weaknesses: stock control, distribution political and founding other new market with operating costs control. Indeed their criterion was considered like project vital forces. Moreover, the new project profitability depends on it. In one side, this project was demonstrated profit-earning; in other side budgeted recommendations are also proposed to avoid abnormality.
