The grain logistics is the important component of the social logistics. To speed up the development of modern grain logistics, to reduce transaction costs, improve circulation efficiency, is of great significance to promote the comprehensive and sustainable economic and social development. The development of grain logistics industry in our country be just unfolding, the development of Southern China food distribution center is a piece of white paper, is a longway to go. Study on Dongguan and Guangdong logistics center construction, has important theoretical and practical significance.The feasibility study is the first and key work of distribution center construction process of Southern China food in this paper to study the in. Firstly, based on the market investigation, the demand analysis, to determine the market positioning and the overall layout of the project.Secondly, on the development of the project construction conditions were studied to determine the design project, construction scheme. Thirdly, to forecast the market demand, determine the type of distribution, direction and scale. Finally, the evaluation of project benefits, the estimated investment, cost, revenue and profit estimation table, and of the analysis of these data,the main index to calculate the financial internal rate of return, investment recovery period, the profit rate of investment, the project’s financial situation; through the profit and loss balanceanalysis and evaluation of the project’s risk, finally draws the conclusion: that the project hasobvious economic benefits and social benefits, the project is feasible.
