With the rise of the third Internet revolution, and the rapid development of the Internet business, traditional telecom profitable business, such as voice and text messages, has been impacted. Therefore, s the growth of operator business is weak. As telecom equipment suppliers, the profit of company L has declined because telecom services have declined. In this context, the issue of innovation is not just operators caring products and services, as well as telecom equipment manufacturers need to resolve the difficulties urgently.In the telecom equipment suppliers, many companies are making to try and transfer to new products. In the course of new products business, it will hit definitely the multi-interface interaction. Whether the new product management process is efficient and fast, it accord to the quality and quantity to provide services to end-users. However, the key factor is to coordinate the relevant interface, to improve efficiency of the interface, which will achieve overall efficiencies.This paper will use the new products business of company L in Chinese as research subjects, studying new products throughout the production chains, researching and analyzing new product management interface involved in the process. This paper will analyze four interface levels for new products business, including the interfaceⅠ- business and customer interface, the interface Ⅱ- group’s internal branches interface, the interface Ⅲ-internal departments interface and the interface Ⅳ-staff within the department. This paper is the first to analyze of new products business related to all aspects. Then, using interviews with experts to determine the weight, using questionnaires to determine the appraisal value of the reference value, combined with the method of systems engineering analyzed software problems the paper use multi-interface effectiveness of quantitative fuzzy comprehensive method to evaluate. After evaluating by quantitative and qualitative, combined with the status of operation of the new product, it identify existing problems. Finally, the paper gives some solutions to solve the problem, and summarize the inadequacies of article.The author based multinational situation and the traditional classification on adding the branch of multinationals to classification, so that the interface has been partitioned to four-level system. This system is very suitable currently multinational interface to analysis the issue of management interface. The paper use fuzzy comprehensive method to analysis the effectiveness of the whole department, which is better than the traditional interface effectiveness analysis of a single or only a particular interface. The author also helps the enterprise manager analyze the overall interface of the company. In addition, there is a certain significance to help such as telecom company in transition, or even a general monopoly enterprise that the problems and solutions in new products business department.
