| Based on the main achievement of the domestic and foreign study about the fundamental of Interface Management, the Theory and Method of Contrace Interface Management of Construction System is studied and the following results are mainly obtained:(1)The connotation and function of project interface managemet is discussed. Th- en, it is studied about the studied actuality and problems of domestic project interf- ace managemet.(2)According to the characteristic of Structure Construction and the fundamentals of Systems Engineering, the structure block of the Contract Interface Management is founded, consisting of Management Coordinator, Management performed System, Management Object, Information Collected System and Comparator. Commonly, the structure is closed. Simultaneitily, based on the influence of project managemet model on project interface, it is analysed and comparised about the features of the Contract Interface of different contract model, such as Design-Bid-Build Model, General Contract Model, Syndicated Contract Model, and so on.(3) The model of measuring interface effectiveness of the Contract Interfacement Managemet is discussed.On the basis of the theory of production effectiveness and interface management, the concept of the Contract Interfacement effectiveness is st- ated. It is put forward and indicated that the essence of interface effectiveness is in- terface harmony. Also, it is set up the model of measuring interface effectiveness by Fuzzy Shell and harmony theory.(4) Based on CIC theory, approaches are pointed out to improve the effectiveness of the Contract Interfacement Managemet. It is pointed out many approaches to improve the effectiveness of the Contract Interfacement Managemet, such as integr- ated and controlled System, Harmonize mechanism, Fuzzy Controlling, and so on. Then, the compound system coordination principle is pointed out. Finally, the proc- eeding Contract Interface Management is braught forward. |
