As the development of interactive technology,most of the software fucntion are realized by the interface and user interaction,to a certain degree,software is the user interface.Because interface evaluation can discovery the shortages of interface design in order to avoid software design changes as much as possible,it becomes more important.So many researchs about the interface evaluation are carried out.Most of the indexs for the interface evaluation model are extracted from the indexs for the software quality model like McCall model,Boehn model and ISO9126 model,but these interface evaluation models mainly evaluate the software quality.But the end-user seldom concern about the indexs for the software quality,they just care about whether the software is available or easy to use.There is seldom researchs about this filed and lacks of suitable model which pay much attention to users' requirements,so it is difficult for us to evaluate the software from the point view of end-user.The main purpose of paper is to evaluate interface from the perspective of ease of use in order to resolve the problem that the existing model only to concern software quality but ignores the actual needs of end-user issues.Therefore,this paper works as follows:(1) To identify analysis dimensions of evaluation model and the evaluation index through the user survey,then to build ease of use interface model.(2)Evaluate the ease of use interface by use of fuzzy mathematics theory and the theory of gray relational analysis based on(1):①Combine the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Genetic Algorithm to determine the weight of each indicator;②Use fuzzy theory and gray theory associated model qualitative to evaluate the interface;③Feedback the evaluation results to promote the improvement of the interface;(3)Design experiments,apply the evaluation method to the evaluation of the actual interface: ①Do user survey to identify the analysis dimensions;②Calculated to achievement of the bottom and gradually upward evaluation of the interface to verify the feasibility of evaluation methods;③Evaluate the interface with former test and later test to verify the validity of evaluation methods; Experiments verify the interface evaluation method is effective and reasonable.The theoretical value of the paper as follows:(1)Proposed an evaluation model based on easy-to-use;(2)Proposed the method which combines the Fuzzy theory with gray theory to Interface evaluation;(3)Proposed the method that use the genetic algorithm to deal with of the evolution:The practical significance of paper are:(1) Construct the easy-to-use Evaluation Model from the easy to use point of view:(2) Combinate fuzzy theory and the gray relational theory to realize multi-level interface evaluation.Next step needs to solved these problems:(1)Genetic algorithm model can only evolute the existing indicators,but can not generate new ones(2)Furthermore,the Confirmination of the evaluation model of ease-of-use needs to be study deeply.
