Research On Administrative Supervision Status And Methods Of Imported Cosmetics

Objective: To explore the establishment of a comprehensive cosmetic regulatory system; Methods: the status of cosmetic regulatory system was analyzed from the numerous regulatory aspects relating to cosmetic regulatory system. Some preliminary recommendations were made after comparing Chinese and European cosmetic management features and considering the regulatory issues that may arise in the regulatory process. Results: In order to regulate the production of cosmetics and the business activities, and get a better control over cosmetic safety, a supervision system was constructed. Conclusions: On the basis of the existing regulatory system, after the strengthening of laws, regulations and standards construction, integrating supervision team, saving the cost of regulation, a multi-angle comprehensive cosmetic regulatory system was established, which combined the regulatory authorities, testing agencies, research institutions, medical institutions and industry associations to coordinate the operation of cosmetics production, circulation regulation, risk monitoring, early warning, emergency response, adverse treatment, information dissemination, social supervision and promoting, to better adapt to the current situation in the cosmetics market and give full play to the regulatory role in ensuring the safety of cosmetics.
