Study On The Supervision Of Chinese Cosmetics

Along with national economy rapidly developing and people's living level unceasingly improving, cosmetics industry grandly develops in China. Cosmetics have been necessities that are closely related to people's daily life. Since cosmetics are made from different chemicals in the preparation of the daily-use chemical industrial products, chemicals dual role makes cosmetics affect people's health as "double-edged sword" in the modern life. This paper holds that in order to promote the healthy development of China's cosmetic industry, to improve the supervision and management of cosmetics, to enhance our competitiveness in the international cosmetics market, and to contribute to our cosmetic products to the world. This article is intended to provide some regulatory aspects of foreign cosmetics worth learning and drawing on the experiences and approaches, and try to explore ways to further reform and improve the supervision and management of China's cosmetics, through comparative analysis of supervision and management of China's and the European Union's, the United States', Japan's cosmetics, research of the advanced mode of foreign latest developments, in-depth analysis of China's cosmetics regulatory problems and reasons.This paper covers three aspects:Supervision and management of China's Cosmetics analysis; Supervision and management of the European Union's, the United States'and Japan's cosmetics analysis; supervision and management of China's and the European Union's, the United States', Japan's cosmetics comparative analysis.This paper is intended to address the key question is:through a comparative study, it analyses the problems of China's cosmetics supervision and management and their causes; it points out countermeasures and suggestions how to further reform and improve the supervision and management of China's Cosmetics.The content-rich, extensive, practical, has the following main features:First, Systematic and comprehensive introduction to supervision and management of health status of cosmetics in China, the European Union, the United States and Japan. For the first time, it conducted a detailed comparative analysis of the similarities and differences between the four countries of health supervision and management of cosmetics. Secondly, it explores and refines the European Union's, the United States', Japan's and other advanced countries'the latest health regulatory models and the latest progress of cosmetics supervision and management. Thirdly, through a comparative study, it analyses the problems of China's cosmetics supervision and management and their causes, such as monitoring of adverse reactions, cosmetic safety and efficacy evaluation. Lastly, it points out original insights and recommendations how to further reform and improve the supervision and management of China's Cosmetics.Paper includes four parts:The first part indicates the research background, the main purpose of this paper, and the theoretical and practical value. It also defines certain concepts, clarifies all the related research results, and explains the ways adopted for the research and the structure applied.The second part:Detailed analysis and summary of China, the European Union, the United States and Japan, the four countries Cosmetics supervision conditions.The third part:Comparative study between China and developed countries, similarities and differences between cosmetic health monitoring on different points in order to analyze and explain, and be evaluated.The fourth part:To understand China's cosmetic supervision and management problems and their causes by citing the typical case notes, then conduct in-depth interviews. It points out original insights and recommendations how to further reform and improve the supervision and management of China's Cosmetics.
