Since the non-tradable share reform in 2005, China’s capital market has achieved rapid development, enterprise IPO enthusiasm rising. With the continuous expansion of the market, increasing the number of listing Corporation, small and medium-sized private enterprises have become the main force in IPO. At the end of 2015 or the beginning 2016, China’s IPO issuance system from the review of changes to the registration system, enterprises to enter the capital market conditions will further relax, more and more small and medium-sized private enterprises will be through the IPO way into the capital market. Nevertheless, the management will increase the enterprise IPO information disclosure supervision, causes the enterprise to face the regulatory risk is getting bigger and bigger. IPO companies should be adept to the requirements of the new reform, make full use of share-holding system is transformed to market distribution of this paragraph of time, establishing and improving in line with the requirements of the listed companies corporate governance and scientific management system, is the purpose of the research.Starting from the IPO project management practice, to plan to appear on the market company’s point of view, to IPO enterprise project management team building were more in-depth research. The article is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction part, mainly elaborates the research background, purpose, significance and methods; the second chapter is the theory foundation and document review, the project management team building related theory and methods; the third chapter is the research status and significance, mainly discusses the small and medium-sized private enterprises IPO project management team building status and existing problems; the fourth chapter is the main part, this paper discusses the small and medium-sized private enterprises, IPO project management team building planning, organization and division of labor, working mechanism, team culture and small and medium-sized private enterprises, IPO project management team to establish the steps, the path and measures. Chapter 5 is a case practice, take Guangzhou HW Co., Ltd. efficient IPO project management team building as an example, further analysis and study the related problems of small and medium-sizedprivate enterprises IPO project management team building. The sixth chapter is the end of this paper, summarizing this paper, and emphasizing the small and medium-sized private enterprises to establish efficient IPO project management team to achieve the successful listing of enterprises practical significance and sustainable development of enterprises long-term significance.The innovation of this paper lies in the fact that established the team competency model of enterprise IPO project management team and the core members. Putting forward the realization path of IPO project management of construction enterprise, and stressing the importance of enterprises not only have to focus on IPO project audit results, but more attention should be paid to the IPO project achievements transformation. Therefore promoting enterprise’s sustainable development and providing reference for the small and medium-sized private enterprises which intending to China’s capital market.
