Human society has experienced is given priority to with manual labor to mental labor as the core structure, knowledge workers as the main body of society, gradually become the main force to promote the development of the society. As the main body of learning and innovation, talents is the key to a successful modern enterprise, the competition between modern enterprises is the comprehensive competition of human resources. Effective human resource management is the enterprise to build an important source of competitive advantage.As a landscape gardening as the core business of private enterprises, Zhejiang LH group within a few years of development has made remarkable achievements, but also faced with many problems. Such as the shortage of professional talents, the management team fault; the high-level management team didn’t received the good education and not of the influences of the big regular company, the overall lack of professional management team management level, etc. This paper takes Zhejiang LH group as a case study, based on the value chain and resource based view, study of the competitive advantage of human resource management, to improve the optimization of human resource management for LH group countermeasures.First, from study how to obtain competitive advantages of human resources management, explore the LH group industry competition, and the importance of human resources. LH group, which industry with low barriers to entry, but the industry demand in innovation and create is higher, the ability of differentiation, personalized, professional talented person, obtain talents, retain talents, talents ability of stage, all people can use of all talents and to also can be useful, is an important subject in LH group human resources strategy.Secondly, in the competitive advantage of enterprise human resources management framework and practice(e.g., planning and development, recruitment, training, performance evaluation and incentive, etc.) as the guidance, combines the actual conditions of Zhejiang LH group, examine the group in recent years, the human resources development path and status. LH group since its inception, which human resources is very important position, in 2010 established the special human resource department, put the human resources in the strategic height of enterprises.Third, study of LH group human resources construction of gain and loss, find out the reason and put forward reasonable suggestions. In the specific practices and operations, LH group human resources management existence so many problems, such as operation is not standard, lack of persistent work, failure to form a working system, and the strategic significance is not clear. In future development, LH group should strive to achieve "talent thriving enterprise" strategy of enterprise, the systematic human resources management, achieve the specification management, continuous and effective management.
