The supplier selection in construction project procurement means the process of vendor comparison and selection process under particular project background. Project Procurement obtain the material and service from outside through procurement planning, procurement implementation, procurement management and procurement ending. This is one of the most important content of project management. The selected supplier’s performance will directly affect the result of the project, it is certificate that supplier selection is very important for the entire project. Therefore, this thesis chooses the supplier selection method for study.In order to promote the procurement performance of the high-performance rubber factory project of L group, the writer choose Kraljic Matrix and supply chain risk evaluation tools to analysis the procurement demand and supply market and then decide the appropriate procurement strategy.Meanwhile, this thesis use TOPSIS and AHP integrated model to analysis the supplier evaluation index. Firstly use AHP to calculate the weight of different factor; then use TOPSIS compare the factor and get the rank of different vendor; finally selected the proper vendor from candidate who get the highest score.The successful application of this method to solve the vendor selection of substation equipment and the perfected performance of the selected vendor in the project strongly proof that the TOPSIS and AHP integrated model can promote the efficient and liability of the project procurement activity and it is a an effective supplier selection method.
