Study On Supplier Management System Of Seat Project Development In V Company

In this thesis, I started from the relationship between OEM and Automobile product suppliers. I think it is really important matters. Based on domestic and International theoretic research result for automobile supply chain, I have deep dive in how to optimize the supplier assessment system and quality management system in the automotive seating project development. I took the V automobile company L42 seating project as an example. The purpose of the research is securing smooth project development, increasing the seating project management effectiveness, decrease the management cost, reduce the quality issue quantity, maximized the total benefits of whole seating project.The achievement of this thesis could be separated into two parts. The First part is based on the result from comparing with various historical suppliers evaluation system, finally based on the AHP method of supplier chain model evaluation, assess from the side of technique, quality and purchasing on the suppliers, calculate out a best answer to be the reference of the final supplier choose decision. This is a updated method which is more applicable for automobile components’ suppliers evaluation and choose system. In the thesis, there is very detail theory description, and based on the theory, I stud y on the sourcing choice for leather supplier of V company seating project, finally verified the supplier choose Evaluation-system is useful and provide good reference on sourcing work of V company purchasing department.For the second part, I analyzed the problems which existed in supplier qualit y management system, these problems are the obstacle of seating project development. Considering from V company management procedure side, I tried to improve these problems, the final purpose is securing seating project development, increasing management efficiency, optimize management model, in order to upgrade the whole seating project management level. In meanwhile, V company has responsible and right to support seating components supplier to optimize their management capability, so I would say it give the great support both for vehicle seating project team and seating components suppliers.
