Study On The Improvement Of Supplier Evaluation System For Xinjitong Co.,Ltd

Since 1990s,with the accelerated globalization of market,the companies are facing the challenges of the expansion of scope of business and the competitions are getting much tougher,so,the implementation of global operation and strategy of competition are imperative.Previously,the top two profit sources are to reduce the consuming of materials and increase sales by marketing management.Now,procurement becomes the third important profit source,which carry out profits through effective management of procurement as well as reduces the costs of procurement.More and more companies start to pay more attention on the department of procurement and supply chain management,and the management of procurement is becoming one of the hot points of supply chain management.It's urgent issue now about how to develop the supply chain and manage the material suppliers.We will study Shenzhen Global Position Expert Company in this article,base on the large number of information and the theories of supplier management,as well as characters of the company and the industry,we find that the company lacks of quantitative analysis of the supplier evaluation index,the subjective evaluation of suppliers,the unclear classification of suppliers and not timely evaluation of suppliers.Therefore,this article proposes a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method to reconstruct the supplier evaluation index system,the evaluation method and the supplier selection process of the company,also,we construct a new supplier selection process which takes the supplier evaluation system as the core and analyzes the new selection method.This confirms the applicability and practicability of the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)to choose suppliers for the company.Finally,in order to guarantee the effective implementation of the supply chain management of the company,this article puts forward some suggestions for further optimization the supply chain,strengthen the cooperative relationship with the suppliers and enhance the overall competitiveness of the company.The study of this article further optimizes the current supplier evaluation process of the company,which can ensure the good suppliers to be ready of the qualified suppliers of the company and shortens the whole supplier selection process.By using the FAHP method,the construction of the supplier selection process is simple and scientific.The procurement of materials will be graded and establish a fixed cooperative supplier relations,such procurement process improves the procurement efficiency,and also ensuring that the selected suppliers are the best suppliers of the overall index.
