With the development of economics, the enterprise management is more diversify. Enterprise compete not only from product point of view, but in supply chain or other function. Computer manufacturing industry play a very important role in China Industry, but its margin is decreasing with the development of technology. Company must implement a good supply chain management to meet various customer orders, response quickly with reasonable cost.This article focuses on optimization of order available-to-promise. Give best commitment within the customer request period asks for closely cooperation from different role in supply chain. In consumer electronic industry, customer information switching quickly, seizing the demand trend to make a good decision is very difficult. Literature regarding supply chain cooperation of upstream and downstream firms and order available-to-promise allocation is not much more. This article aims to study on order driven method, forecast transmission ways and accuracy of A company to find the root cause, such as no formal allocation mechanism, low forecast accuracy, low level cooperation of upstream and downstream firms, little standardization for customer order. In order to control the total cost, there are solution we can take from several aspects such as find efficient ways to enhance order allocation, increase demand forecast accuracy, order management etc.The optimization feedback illustrated that this study can give some reference for computer or consumer electronic industry on order management.
