Research On Investment Management Of Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation Project Of JX New Energy Co.,Ltd.

Energy is an important material resource for human survival.It plays an important role in promoting economic development and social progress.How to achieve the sustainable use of energy to solve the contradiction between energy and environmental protection,become the current economic development,one of the main issues.Solar energy for its sustainable use,clean and pollution-free advantages,to become one of the important measures to solve the energy problem.Photovoltaic power generation as the most eye-catching solar technology at this stage,both to reduce the consumption of traditional energy,but also can optimize the energy consumption structure,has been from alternative energy to alternative energy transition.Distributed photovoltaic power generation as a supplement to centralized photovoltaic power generation,with a short construction period,flexible and efficient,can be built on the roof,reducing the occupation of cultivated land,low cost of operation and maintenance advantages,to achieve low-carbon sustainable development of power generation Target new choice.Therefore,it is of great significance to promote the investment and construction of distributed power generation.Based on the research and detailed analysis of the status quo of the company and distributed photovoltaic power generation project,this paper uses the life cycle cost theory to analyze the cost and benefit of its representative L project,Value,investment payback period and internal rate of return.The analysis shows that there are four main problems in the investment management of distributed photovoltaic power generation projects in JX Company: low bargaining power with suppliers and high investment cost.,The shortage of related professionals;the project lasted for a long time,the investment risk is high;the amount of pre-investment is large and the financing problem is highlighted.Combined with the development of China's distributed photovoltaic power generation project,for the specific situation of JX company,put forward five suggestions: to improve the bargaining power with suppliers,reduce procurement costs;improve the ability of independent innovation,reserve professionals;increase business promotion,encourage personal investment;Standardize the financing channels,rationalize the construction of financing structure;for policy support,promote industrial development.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the existing investment problems of JX new energy company's existing distributed photovoltaic power generation project,to point out its existing problems,to make suggestions for its future investment and future development,and to promote the promotion of distributed photovoltaic power generation projects for China's photovoltaic industry Make a little contribution.
