The Research On The External Behavior Risk Of The Contractor In The Intercity Railway Construction

The inter-city railway construction has been paid more and more attention by the government and thepublic. In the stage of construction the contractor of the inter-city railway will suffer lots of risks fromnature and society and so on. .In these risk factors the external subject behavior risk becomes more andmore prominent, which will affect the project running. If we let it out of control, it may result in seriouseconomic damage and casualties. Hense, it is necessary for us to make a research on the external subjectbehavior risk of the construction contractor of the inter-city railway.This thesis analyses the external subject behavior risk factors of the construction contractor from theangle of the construction contractor of the inter-city railway, combining with the literature materials, finishsthe recognition and analysis of he external subject behavior risk factors of the construction contractor. Thendiscuss the formation mechanism of the behavior risk from three angles- the credit behavior risk resultingfrom the external subject’s execution of contract、the moral behavior risk resulting from the externalsubject persuing maximizing its own interest and the ability risk resulting from the external subject’s scarcecapacity . Taking them as the initial risk list, make a questionnaire survey about the external subjectspecific behavior of the construction contractor. Construct a set of the external behavior risk evaluationindex system of inter-city railway construction contractor combining Delphi experts consultation methodon the basis of sufficient field research ,which includes 6 one-class indexs、9 level 2 indexs and 21 level 3indexs.These one-class indexs include owner behavior risk、supervision engineer behavior risk、designerbehavior risk、material supplier behavior risk、the government competent administrative departmentpersonnel behavior risk and the residents and units living nearby behavior risk,put forward detailedmarking of the level 3 indexs.Build the external behavior risk evaluation model of inter-city railwayconstruction contractor with the gray fixed weight cluster method. This method fully absorbs the experts’evaluation knowledge and experience, quantitatively processes some ill-defined subject behaviorrisks,which provides a practical, simple evaluation method for the actual project.This thesis enriches and perfects the risk management theory of the construction projects of theinter-city railway from the research on the external subject behavior risk of the construction contractor ofthe inter-city railway,try to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference to the external behaviorrisk assessment process of the external subject behavior risk of the construction contractor of the inter-cityrailway.
