Study On The According Tendency Of The Europe And The United States’ Carbon Sink Policy And Its Impact On China’s Carbon Reduction

Global warming became the subject of concern to all countries in the world which in a more or less taking action to tackle global warming, at present this field has become the world’s centre of political and economic. China is the biggest developing country in the world which bears global climate warming and reducing emissions responsibility with growing attention, this article was based on this background.The world’s major economies the European Union, the United States all have their own carbon sinks in promoting implementation of policy, policy objectives mainly in carbon sink,carbon tax(closed), carbon market and carbon sequestration technology level. In this paper, by reviewing the source of the carbon sink of the European Union and the United States policy,coming to the conclusion that Europe and the United States carbon sequestration policy has a similar tendency, and on this conclusion the author further analyzed the cause of European and American carbon sequestration policy convergence. Based on the research conclusion above,the author analyzes the impact of China’s carbon emissions, according to the practice of China’s carbon emissions from the four dimensions of policy recommendations. The article mainly divides into four parts:The first part mainly reviews the history of the European Union and the United States on the climate main node events which are George Herbert walker bush administration, William Jefferson Clinton’s administration, George w. bush’s administration, Barack Hussein Obama ’s administration account, this paper summarizes various government for climate policy’s overall tone. The European Union is conducted by the period of the ec and the European Union,respectively.The second part mainly compared further carbon exchange between the two countries, in Europe and America market in carbon tax(closed), the holder, carbon sequestration technologies such as dimension comparison summary in Europe and the assimilation of carbon sequestration policy status and related factors.The third part expounds mainly European and American carbon sequestration policy have similar tendency reason of three, that is the point of view of public opinion in the United States,Europe and the United States of the two countries to cope with the economic crisis to revive the economy and the popularization of new energy technology popular based policy convergence Angle.Based on the above research, the article concludes that the Europe and the assimilation of carbon sequestration policy tendency of China’s carbon emissions influence mainly summarized as four aspects, which are effect on our country’s targets; To promote the establishment of China’s carbon tax policy; To promote the establishment of China’s carbon emissions trading market policy and perfect; Clear the development direction of carbon sequestration and technology of China. To reduce emissions, China must actively absorbing European and American developed country mature policy experience, reasonable and conform to the state of the carbon policy, onlyin this way, China can better on the issue of climate change challenges into opportunities,this is the purpose of this study is the most important and meaning.
