| China is a global logistics power,and the epidemic has brought some impact on the global economy from 2020 to 2022.China’s logistics industry still shows steady growth,and the logistics industry has become one of the important pillar industries of China’s national economy.The prosperous development of the express logistics industry has brought convenience to the people,but also caused a series of environmental problems,typically the problem of carbon emissions.According to a report released by the China Environmental Protection Association,if effective measures are not implemented to control,according to the current development trend of the courier industry,China’s consumption of various types of express packaging materials will grow from 20,600 tons in 2000 to 41,270,500 tons in 2025.If this development continues,the express logistics industry will lead to a huge resource burden and environmental pressure on the express supplies."Carbon peaking" and "carbon neutrality"have become the necessary road to green development in China.Based on the carbon emission measurement model,this study constructs the carbon emission model before and after the optimization of logistics packaging structure design based on the road transportation system of express logistics commodities,and further compares the impact of the gap rate between traditional packaging boxes and modular packaging boxes and commodities on the logistics transportation efficiency to prove the environmental advantages of modular packaging boxes in the process of express logistics delivery.In addition,this study constructs a tripartite evolutionary game model among government regulators,packaging manufacturers and express delivery enterprises based on the use of green modular packaging boxes,analyzes the evolutionary stability of each participant’s strategy choice,and explores the influence of each element on the strategic choice of the three parties.This study has certain theoretical significance and practical application value for the high-quality development of logistics industry and the realization of national carbon peak and carbon neutral strategies.The main contents of this study are as follows:Firstly,this study compares and analyzes the shortcomings of disposable packaging supplies and traditional reusable packaging from the aspects of packaging structure,packaging materials,forward logistics and reverse logistics of packaging use,and proposes a low carbon packaging structure optimization strategy based on the green and low carbon life cycle requirements of packaging,and designs a modular reusable packaging box.Then,this study compares and analyzes the traditional reusable packaging and modular reusable packaging represented by post reusable packaging from two aspects of packaging structure design and life cycle system,and combines the carbon emission factor method to build and measure the carbon emission of express packaging transportation,carbon emission of packaging production and express packaging and commodity gap rate carbon emission.The results show that the modular reusable packaging box is more advantageous and is a better strategy under the green development of green logistics industry.Secondly,this study considers the current phenomenon of low willingness to use recycling packaging in the market,proposes that the logistics network operation of express packaging mainly relies on government-led,combines forward logistics with reverse logistics,and fully integrates and mobilizes resources of all main bodies in the supply chain.It also considers blockchain technology to build a logistics network of modular reusable packaging boxes,and proposes a public information service platform of modular logistics recycled packaging boxes based on blockchain technology to realize a transparent traceability of the whole process of closed loop of reusable packaging boxes from production,processing,transportation and sales.Finally,this study designs the participation mechanism of modular logistics reusable packaging box based on the government reward and punishment mechanism,constructs a three-part evolutionary game model for government regulators,packaging manufacturers and express delivery enterprises,simulates and analyzes the evolutionary stability of the three parties in strategy selection,and explores the influence of model parameters on the evolutionary game process and results.The results show that the government designs a scientific and reasonable reward and punishment mechanism for green reusable packaging to help multiple parties to participate in the green packaging industry.This study focuses on three levels:low-carbon packaging industry integration,green logistics industry development,and local government regulation,and proposes a modular logistics reusable packaging box operation mechanism to provide reference for government regulators,packaging production enterprises,and express delivery enterprises. |
