The housing industry has gradually occupied the dominant position in the national economy.With the rapid development of housing industry,it not only have a significant impact on the real estate industry, the development of other related industries and the social economy has great influence too.In recent years,the level of economic development of Shijiazhuang is improving.The per capita disposable income of residents is increasing too.The promoting of urbanization level and the reform of the housing system all promote the rapid development of the housing industry of Shijiazhuang.At the same time it also brings a lot of problems,such as a high vacancy rate,blind investment.This will bring the hidden danger for the healthy development of housing market.Housing demand is the main factor who affect the housing sales.So we must forecast the demand of residential market scientific and analysis of the development of the residential market reasonably.We can provide a theoretical basis for government regulation and control policy and developers’ investment, in order to ensure the healthy development of the housing industry of Shijiazhuang.This paper introduces the current situation of Shijiazhuang residential development and the existing problems firstly.Then by using the gray correlation analysis method and gray GM(1,1) prediction model,analyze and predict the development of Shijiazhuang’residential market.It is concluded that the later five years of Shijiazhuang’ residential demand.Finally I will give market participants and the government some suggestions which can promote the healthy development of the housing market.
