Study On Technical Efficiency Of Inner Mongolia Yi Li Group Enterprise

With the continued development of the national economy, China’s consumption of dairy products has a rapid growth trend, the dairy industry has become the highlight of the food processing industry in the development of Inner Mongolia, but on the whole,the level of development in Inner Mongolia dairy enterprises compared to the dairy enterprises in developed countries business the gap is not small. Therefore, in order to promote the rapid development of Inner Mongolia Yili Group, to meet the challenges of a highly domestic and international competition, and to explore the enterprise technology efficiency of Yili Group, for enterprises to optimize the investment,improve the input-output efficiency and the development of Yili Group’s future development plan has great significance.This paper based on established principles of DEA index system, the selected input indicators are:(1) the total assets, refers to the enterprise owned or controlled by the resources, including fixed assets and current assets;(2) the number of workers, all the total number of the enterprise staff, reflect the enterprise labor input;(3) the cost of main business, refers to the actual cost of products sold and the cost of business services, and other major operating businesses. The main business income were selected as output indicators, the index can not only reflect the market’s status and an enterprise share on the market level, but also can measure an enterprise the level of output and postpartum management level.Study on the final results indicates that technical efficiency of Yili Group is not ideal, the larger gap with the frontier, the contribution rate of the pure technical efficiency is greater,redundancy into the most serious indicators is capital, production costs are higher; for TFP of Yili Group’s analysis shows that TFP is mainly influenced by the level of technological progress, technical efficiency contributed little to TFP, the future should pay more attention to technical efficiency, improve the technical efficiency of Yili Group to promote greater development of the productive forces.This paper finally puts forward some suggestions to raise the technical effciency of Yi Li Group, includes revising production scale, reducing input redundancy,controlling cost, improving organization and management level; accelerating the technology progress, strengthening scientific and technological innovation and talent cultivation.
