The Research On Steel Manufacturers Procurement Systems Collaborative Degree

Nowadays, collaborative procurement is widely used in iron and steel enterprises. It not only makes contact with closer together, but also improve the enterprises’ procurement. However, collaborative procurement is still in a low level in China iron and steel enterprises, and the lack of a systematized measurement methods to measure the existing level of iron and steel enterprises on the collaborative procurement, which makes it difficult to find the problems in iron and steel enterprises’ collaborative procurement, and it can not be improved in time.The paper based on a great deal of analysis about collaborative procurement, collaborative procurement in iron and steel enterprises, complex collaborative system, uses complex collaborative system as the research method, combines with the characteristics of iron and steel enterprises’ procurement system, constructes the iron and steel enterprises’ collaborative procurement system model, and tests the model’s measuring effect by performing case study, and put forward the recommendations for improvement. This paper is divided into four parts:First of all, introducing the relevant theories and methods. Including the coordination theory and collaborative procurement, and highlight the complex collaborative system theory.Secondly, making the collaborative analysis of iron and steel enterprise procurement system. On the one hand, based on the analysis of iron and steel enterprise procurement system characteristics, making complex cooperative systems’ applicability analysis in iron and steel enterprise procurement system. On the other hand, finding the factors that affect supply and demand balance in iron and steel enterprise procurement system, establishing the foundation to determine the order parameters.Again, building the model of iron and steel enterprises’ cooperative procurement system. Based on the dissertation about the association between subsystems, determining the order parameter in the system, building the model of subsystems’ degree of order and the model of iron and steel enterprises’ cooperative procurement system, analyzing thevalue of the model.Finally, combining the actual case. using an iron and steel enterprise as an example, to verify the model’s practicality and effectiveness, and giving the recommendations for improvement.
