Study Of High-tech Industrial Agglomeration Effect On Economic Growth In Shandong Province

With the rise of high-tech industries, high-tech industrial agglomeration and economic growth has always been the focus of research in the field of economics, and the rapid development of high-tech industry in Shandong Province also makes its impact on the economy increasin rapidly. In order to demonstrate the influence of high-tech industry to its economic growth, this paper studies this in two aspects: the theory and empirical analysis.Firstly, the theoretical analysis, defines the high-tech,high-tech and high-tech industries this three concepts and described the top ten characteristics of high-tech industry;Introduct the theory of industrial agglomeration’s forming,evolution and cooperation mechanism at the same time and analyze the three economic effect produced by high-tech industrial agglomeration: economies of scale,the division effect and external effect; For the empirical part, firstly introduced high-tech industry in the present situation in Shandong province gathering of high-tech industrial base and achieve favorable conditions on the agglomeration by location quotient and concentration factor of two indicators of Shandong Province high-tech industry agglomeration level measurement, draw the high-tech industry in Shandong Province has formed a certain degree of agglomeration of the conclusions,thereby establishing the model, select the index, empirical analysis to analyze the high-tech industry agglomeration effect on economic growth of Shandong Province is factor analysis, got the regression equation and then make the appropriate tests, at last,drawn the conclusions that high-tech industrial agglomeration in Shandong Province have a active impact on its economic growth and different agglomeration factor have different impacts. Finally, policy recommendations, to form a better high-tech industrial agglomeration should focus on the advantages of high-tech industries, and growth potential industries, the development of high-tech services,while increasing the opportunity to seize the good talent strategy efforts; to play abetter effect of High Technology Industry Cluster of Shandong Province’s economic growth should expand economic effect, the formation of industrial clusters innovation and the strengthening of policy guidance and implementation, to achieve high-tech industry cluster benign and guide the high-tech industry cluster development and regional economic co-ordination, play park economic driving effect.
