Research On The Livestock Industrialization Pattern In Altay Administrative Offices

Grassland animal husbandry is a set of ecological, economic, social, and cultural diversity of composite industry. Nowadays, the backward mode of production and the destruction of the ecological environment are the main problems of the grassland animal husbandry development. Xinjiang is one of China’s five major pastoral areas in the west of China. The pillar industry is animal husbandry; it directly affects the rural economic development and the development level of income of farmers and herdsmen.Altay administrative offices, as a major base of Xinjiang grassland animal husbandry, facing a variety of problems during the upgrade of its mode of production.How to use the wealth of livestock resources in changing the traditional mode of operation dependent on livestock, to achieve intensive, specialized production is an issue in Altay administrative offices. Industrialization is the best choice of modern animal husbandry, which plays an important role in improving household income of farmers and herdsmen, the overall efficiency of the development of the pastoral economy. Therefore, animal husbandry industrialization mode selection is imperative.In this paper, according to the theory and practice of a combination of approaches, combined with the current situation and problems of industrialization of animal husbandry patterns in Altay administrative offices, eventually, choosing the main mode of animal husbandry industry, and providing the suggestions of it.This paper is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter is an introduction, with its emphasis on researches of domestic and foreign scholars on animal model of industrialization. The second chapter is the theory statement of animal husbandry and providing the theoretical basis for the papers writing. The third chapter is the status of the industrialization of animal husbandry in Altay administrative offices. Chapter IV using SWOT to analysis the advantages and threatens. The fifth chapter is to summarize the problems in the process of the animal husbandry. The sixth chapter is according to the industrialization of animal husbandry mode at home and abroad, choosing the best industrialization pattern for Altay administrative offices. Chapter VII is the main way of achieve industrialization pattern of animal husbandry of Altay administrative offices.The main conclusions of this paper are: First, the type of the grassland animal husbandry in this area is different from its agricultural areas and highly industrialized animal husbandry of outskirt. Second, such as slow economic development andfarmers’ low income problems in this area. Third, there is the potential for the development of animal husbandry industry, but we are facing lots of challenges. Fourth is that Altay administrative offices needs a pattern—— "leading enterprises + cooperatives + herdsman" mode as the main mode of industry. Fifth is that as for Altay administrative offices’ animal husbandry, the production base and feed base construction are the basis for the foundation. Besides that, the government, the enterprises and cooperatives are the three great running tensions.
