Risk Assessment Of Collaborative Innovation Of Virtual Enterprise

With the coming of the information economy age, it is faster and increasing accuracy for the enterprises to get information; analysis the favorable economy information, so as to get the information that is conducive to their own business decisions, which also makes the competition between different enterprises and different organizations intenser. In the time that all the world get the conducive business information faster and faster, only the organizations that are quickly reaction to the opportunities can occupy the dominance in the increasingly fierce competition. On the other hand, Hu Jintao’s speech of the celebration of the 100 th anniversary of Tsinghua University, pointed out the importance of the innovation, also saw the shortage of the enterprises in innovation, through the analysis of the successful experience of foreign countries, stressed the advantages of the collaborative innovation and the practical work of the collaborative innovation between different organizations should be strengthened in the future, so as to enhance the comprehensive strength of our country and enhance our competitiveness around the world. In this background, as a new business model, virtual enterprise can ingratiate the need of the development of the times, by integrating the different core resources for the innovation, so as to seize the opportunities and profits.Collaborative innovation of Virtual enterprise as a new try of the information economy age, has its obvious advantages, but it is filled with risks that will lead the collaborative innovation of virtual enterprise to failure, in this article, firstly we summarize the concept and characteristics of virtual enterprise; collaborative innovation, and the processes and methods of the research of risk, then via the researches of scholar before, on the basis of literature research, further use of the Delphi method, achieved the qualitative identification of risk of the collaborative innovation of virtual enterprise, then use the questionnaire of five Richter Scale and exploratory factor analysis to achieve the quantitative analysis of the collaborative innovation of virtual enterprise, finally classify the risks of the collaborative innovation of virtual enterprise into six categories. After the identification of the risks, then give the weight coefficient of the indicators of level 1 and level 2,the methods used here including Triangular fuzzy number; Analytic Hierarchy Process; Expert Score. At last, use the Grey Comprehensive Evaluation to achieve the comprehensive evaluation of the risks of the Collaborative innovation of Virtual enterprise, and combine a related case to achieve case study, in order to prove the rationality of this evaluation model.Through the study of this article, finding out the risk of the Collaborative innovation of Virtual enterprise in the information age mainly contain six categories: internal management risk; macro environmental risk; market risk; organization coordination risk; unequal rights and responsibilities risk and knowledge sharing risk. The results of the case study show the risk of knowledge sharing has the greatest impact to the Collaborative innovation of Virtual enterprise, which most likely cause the failure of the Collaborative innovation of Virtual enterprise, therefore, in the process of the Collaborative innovation of different Virtual enterprise should emphasis their consideration on it, so as to provide basic supports to the successfully achieved for the Collaborative innovation of Virtual enterprise.
