The keynote of the current stage of innovation is to encourage enterprises,universities and research institutes to open up innovative resources and develop sharing and platform economy.Knowledge spillover is a double-edged sword for collaborative innovation.On the one hand,knowledge spillovers can help improve the efficiency of alliance innovation and reduce R&D costs.However,the negative threats such as knowledge inapplicability and core knowledge leakage will weaken alliance innovation efficiency and market competition.Force,even dragging the entire alliance,obviously,this is contrary to the "acceleration" of Chinese innovation.Therefore,taking the risk of knowledge spillover as the research object,the“magic bullet” that seeks to turn the crisis into safety has become the key to building a new pattern of domestic innovation system.Firstly,based on the relevant research results at home and abroad,the thesis summarizes the concepts of collaborative innovation,knowledge,collaborative innovation knowledge spillover and knowledge spillover risk.Secondly,using the grounded theory to identify the risks of collaborative innovation knowledge spillover,by selecting domestic representative case as the data,through the repeated coding comparison,the knowledge spillover risks are divided into four types of collaborative innovation knowledge spillover subject risk,knowledge spillover object risk,knowledge spillover process risk and knowledge spillover environment risk.Thirdly,using the extension matter-element theory to evaluate the risks of collaborative innovation knowledge spillover,constructing the knowledge spillover risks assessment matter-element model to evaluate four kinds of risks separately,and combining the examples to verify that the matter-element model is effective in the alliance collaborative innovation knowledge spillover risk assessment.Finally,according to the research results of Chapters 3 and 4,the framework of collaborative innovation knowledge spillover risk management is designed.The risk management is divided into four blocks,which correspond to knowledge spillover object risk,knowledge spillover subject risk,knowledge spillover process risk and knowledge spillover environment risk.According to the logical relationship of the indicator nodes,themanagement path is explored from the perspectives of active association nodes,passive association nodes,and independent nodes.Finally,an empirical test was conducted on the proposed management measures in the actual three cases.
