The Integration Of Industrial Sectors And Urbanization Of Small City During The New Normal

The integration of urbanization and economic development refers to the unification of urbanization and industrial development of a region. Recently, China’s economic situation facing the loss of demographic dividend, since 2008, 30 trillion of investment in infrastructure digestion, excess capacity and industrial structure adjustment of superposition of three periods of time.In these tough economic times, we still must carry on the new type of urbanization construction.This paper takes Shen county as the research object and the first part is introduction, which introduces the research background and related concepts, and introduced the industry and industry development theory, which relates to city construction.At the same time this section also illustrates the research method and technical route.The second part is the experiment and history of the development of the city at home and abroad, which covered different foreign areas such as the United States, Europe, Japan, the third world countries. This section also demonstrated the development pattern of domestic cities and regions such as northeast China, the Pudong of Shanghai, Wenzhou of Zhejiang Province.Taking Shen county as the research object, through the analysis of the economic basis of Shen county, using the vector auto-regressive(VAR) model to analyze the county economy index(industrialization index and industrial structure adjustment index), which has influence on the urbanization of Shen county, and finally this paper will put forward suggestion on Shen county’s development according to the conclusions.The third part is the analysis of Shen county, which analyses the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats of Shen county, and using a vector auto-regressive(VAR) model to analyze how the economic and social index(industrialization index and industrial structure adjustment index) of Shen county influences urbanization of Shen county. This section uses the data from 2014 to 2015 of Shen county to carry on the quantitative analysis, by use of VAR model, co-integration test, Granger causality test and variance decomposition.The results show that the industrialization has the most important impact on urbanization. The adjustment of industrial structure has some relevance with urbanization and has a less important influence on urbanization,which means that it not the main reason for urbanization.The fourth part is the countermeasures and suggestions, which put forward suggestions and countermeasures of Shen County’s development according to the analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and the VAR model.
