As a new type of financial form, the emergence of the Internet financial injected new strength for our country and the world financial in the development of career. In the process of the development of financial internet also exposed many problems. Has a certain practical significance for the healthy development of the industry. Therefore, how to establish an effective supervision system quickly, Strengthen financial supervision and maintenance the order of the Internet financial market is an emergency problem to be solved now.First, this article expounds the theory foundation of the Internet financial regulation, including the Internet financial overview,internet financial risks, and the main mode of the Internet financial regulation. Second, analyzing the present condition of the Internet financial regulation in China, it is concluded that China’s Internet financial regulation, such as incomplete laws and regulations, regulatory agencies chaos, financial regulators responsibility division of labor is not clear, the regulation technology and talents loss, and the problem of information disclosure. Third, the paper analyzes the western developed countries in dealing with the successful experience of the Internet financial problems, and mainly discusses the international experience of the mature model value of Internet financial regulation in our country in the future. Finally, in clarifying the Internet based on the principles of financial regulation, from three aspects such as supervision legal system, the Internet financial regulatory system and the internal supervision mechanism put forward a series of moderate effective regulatory suggestions, in order to promote the stable development of the Internet financial industry in our country. |
