Research On The Development Mode Of Low-Carbon Economy In Hebei Province Regional

With the rapid development of economy, science and technology are upgrading rapidly.The degree of industrialization in developed countries has been relatively mature, national strength of developing countries are rapidly growed by developing industrialization. But the rapid global development generated problems also come one after another, such as the global rapid population expansion, environmental pollution, non renewable energy is decreasing,climate warming, serious ecological environment destroyed. These problems have seriously hampered the sustainable development of the world, and even a threat to the survival of mankind. It is urgent to find a new development path for reversing the development dilemma and breaking the old pattern of development."Low carbon economy" is the direction of development of the global problems such as shortage of resources to cope with climate warming, non renewable and put forward. After Denmark Copenhagen UN climate conference and Cancun Mexico debate and media publicity, the concept of low-carbon economy has win support among the people. In China,the low-carbon economy has been understood from negative, suspected to gradually adapt to,and then to actively promote. Especially in recent years, the national leader position on various occasions to coping with global climate change, the development of low carbon economy. Public commitment at the international level, to 2005 as the base, to 2020 carbon intensity reduction unit of GDP 40%~45%, which makes the low carbon economy has become a hot topic in the international Chinese focus of attention, the domestic economy.Hebei province is a typical province of high energy consumption and high emissions of heavy industry as the support industry. It is in the industrialization of high speed development,facing the dual pressure of greenhouse gas emission reduction and stable development of the economy at the same time. The province needs to develop a reasonable low carbon development mode according to the basic situation of Hebei region. This paper analyzes the domestic and foreign low carbon economic development research on the summary. In the part of theoretical analysis, this thesis is mainly analyzed and discussed on the low carboneconomy, low carbon economy development mode, and make comparisons with the related theories of circular economy and ecological economy, and carry on the detailed explanation of the low carbon Kuznets theory and coupling decoupling theory. Then using empirical data,a comprehensive analysis of the status quo of Hebei province from the development of low carbon economy in three aspects, on the basis of clarifying position of development level of low carbon in Hebei Province in the country, according to the present situation analysis of Hebei province can be divided into four types of regions, the degree of development.Different types of regional energy structure, geography advantage, industry structure are not the same, so regional analysis is more conducive to formulate the development of low carbon economy mode. Development with differences will make best use of the advantages and bypass the disadvantages. Put forward the low carbon economy development in Hebei province problems according to the current situation. Then summary the development mode of other countries and regions of the low carbon economy for the following provides the reference for the development of low carbon economy development mode in Hebei province.The last step is selecting and constructing the low carbon economic development model.
