Leisure Agriculture Evaluation System Of Building Research Based On The AHP

With the rapid development of domestic economy, the leisure agriculture has been given more attention since the collaboration of agriculture and the tertiary industry is increasing. Relying on the advantage of abundant resources, leisure agriculture in Yunnan Province has huge potential for development even it started late. Related to the park’s current stage, the problems existing in the construction and development process such as disorderly development, planning, functional layout are not standard. Unreasonable land using, imbalance of comprehensive benefits, designing a set of leisure agriculture construction level and the operational efficiency of the evaluation method & index system, have important theoretical value and practical significance.The theories applied in this paper contain the study of experience economy, the sustainable development, compound ecosystem management, agricultural location theory, etc. Combining these theories with some park’s investigation reports and finally completed the design of the evaluation index system. Relevant data and questionnaire answers are acquired by Delphi questionnaire survey. Based on the collected data, the percentage of each index occupied in these systems is specified by the means of analytic hierarchy process(AHP).At the end, complete the construction of evaluation index system of leisure agriculture and draw out the indicators of grading standards.In general, the evaluation index system of leisure agriculture demonstration regions falls into 4 levels. They are the object level, the criterion level, the sub-criteria level and the index level respectively. The object level reflects the degree of comprehensive development of the area; the criterion level consists of 4 sub-systems of basic conditions, development and construction, functional benefits; the sub-criteria level reflects the composition of the detailed content of each criterion level, including geographical conditions, natural resources, planning and design, macroscopic support, basic construction, development, capacity building, tourism product development, economic benefits, social benefits, environmental benefits and so on; the index level has 36 elements to reflect specific indices.As a demonstration, this study chose Wanjiahuan blueberry farm in Kunming as the destination of leisure agriculture. The evaluation result objectively and truly reflect the park’s present situation, which is proved the feasibility of the evaluation system and evaluation method.
