Research On The Development Of Leisure Agriculture In Jinzhong City

Document No.1 of the Central Committee of the State Council in 2019 pointed out that the development of leisure agriculture and rural tourism is an important issue of Rural Revitalization Strategy and an important way to realize agricultural and rural modernization.With the idea of "one village,one product" as the train of thought,we should help expand the brand effect with regional characteristics,take "one village,one scene" as the guide,speed up the construction of rural landmarks with historical memory,take "one village,one rhyme" as the guide,promote the development of rural culture with connotation,make the countryside more attractive,make agriculture more vigorous,and make farmers happier.Document No.1 of the Central Committee has focused on leisure agriculture and rural revitalization for many years.At the central level,it has also issued "Opinions on Land Policy for Tourism Development",which undoubtedly highlights the status of leisure and tourism in agricultural development.Leisure agriculture will become a strong trend in future development.In 2016,Jinzhong City was selected as the first global tourism demonstration area by Shanxi Province.In recent years,Jinzhong City has been continuously improving its quality,collecting resources,building its brand and renewing its mechanism,and constantly consolidating its tourism industry foundation.From2011 to 2018,the number of tourist arrivals increased from 15.82 million to 83.57 million,ranking the first in the province;the total tourism income increased from 13.5 billion to 85.8 billion,ranking the second in the province,among which overseas,foreign exchange earning and domestic indicators ranked the first in the province.Jinzhong City of Shanxi Province is the first county-level city in Shanxi Province to be appraised as the "Global Tourism Demonstration Zone",which has achieved good results in recent years.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the development of leisure agriculture in Jinzhong.Firstly,this paper qualitatively analyzed the general situation,economic development,agricultural development and leisure agriculture development of Jinzhong City.Secondly,the AHP method and the entropy weight method are used to construct the evaluation index system.Through the establishment of 15three-level indicators,the development of leisure agriculture in Jinzhong City is quantitatively analyzed.Through calculation,the comprehensive scores of the evaluation of leisure agriculture development in Jinzhong City from 2013 to 2017 are 7.20,26.78,49.11,71.38 and 96.99.The rising trend of the scores is obvious,especially in recent years,the level of improvement has accelerated.Leisure agriculture is different from traditional agriculture,and its preparation time and development cycle are longer.For the time being,leisure agriculture development in Jinzhong is divided into six stages,namely,preparation,start,development,expansion,excellence and development.The evaluation results obtained by the analytic hierarchy process show that the development of leisure agriculture in Jinzhong City has completed the preliminary preparation,achieved steady development and is in the stage of expansion.Finally,the paper analyses the problems of lack of financing channels,inadequate publicity and marketing,inadequate ecological protection,backward infrastructure,inadequate planning support,lack of human resources and weak service awareness in the development of leisure agriculture in Jinzhong City.In order to promote the development of leisure agriculture in Jinzhong City,we can further enhance its comprehensive competitiveness from the aspects of financial support,brand promotion,strengthening ecology,improving facilities,government management,highlighting characteristics,introducing talents and improving services.I hope to explore a characteristic path for the development of leisure agriculture in Jinzhong City,which will benefit the economic and social development.
